Duties and Responsibilities

  • Required to follow all Divisional Cash Handling policies and procedures. Preperation of banking deposits and auditing staff Daily sales reports.
  • Required to update all files pertaining to the fuel dock and concession operations, as well as Credit Village Marina financials.
  • Prepare and complete food inventory, updating inventory systems online, place food/liquor orders and coordinate concession staff needs.
  • Audit cash floats on a weekly basis and report any discrepencies to the Marina Supervisor
  • Respond to Customer inquiries
  • Other duties as required as pertaining to business needs

  • Good organizational skills
  • Good customer service skills 
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Office applications (data entry)
  • Good customer service skills and communication skills
  • Light lifting of supplies
  • Primarily office environment


Hourly Rate/Salary: $ 16.92 - $ 18.68 
Hours of Work: 20-25/week 
Work Location: Lakefront Promenade Marina 
Department/Division/Section: CMS/Community Services Dept , CMS/Parks and Forestry Division , Parks Operations 
Non-Union/Union: Non Union
